The Pest Management Division - PMD (formerly Office of Pest Management - OPM) is the Arizona
regulatory body that regulates the use, disposal and storage of pesticides (which includes
herbicides, etc.). The Environmental Protection Agency regulations, State Statutes and Rules guide
the Pest Management Division.
