TREE CARE AND TREE PLANTING WORKSHOP FOR HOMEOWNERS

Mesa-area homeowners will have the opportunity to learn about proper tree care, as well as community resources available for a healthy urban forest, thanks to a FREE workshop presented by Arizona Community Tree Council, City of Mesa and Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.

This informative program will cover proper tree selection, placement and planting, proper tree watering and pruning, and how to utilize available state resources that will help your trees thrive. The hands-on part of this fun workshop will be participating in an Arbor Day Celebration tree planting that demonstrates proper planting techniques.
